About the Role

Technology Aid Ltd. is seeking experienced Operations Managers to lead and oversee daily operations within our US Property Preservation & Maintenance division. This role requires strong leadership, process management, and hands-on industry experience to ensure service quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily property preservation & maintenance operations

  • Manage vendor performance, quality control, and compliance

  • Ensure timely completion of work orders and service delivery

  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth operations

  • Monitor KPIs, reporting, and continuous process improvement

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Property Preservation & Maintenance

  • Strong operational and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

  • Experience with US property preservation processes and workflows

Salary

💰 BDT 80,000 – 120,000 (Based on Experience)
