Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of human resources management. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker. Moreover, they should possess strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process. Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all new hires.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. This includes performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Manage employee benefits programs. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages.
  • Lead and coordinate training and development initiatives. This is to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Monitor and evaluate HR metrics. This is to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Continuously improve HR processes and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role. A minimum of 3 years experience in HR management is required.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
