Position Overview:
We are in search of a Vendor/Client Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing our relationships with both vendors and clients. This role requires an individual with strong interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of business operations, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vendor and client management within the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Regularly evaluate the needs of clients and vendors to ensure our services meet their expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with vendors or clients.
- Conduct regular reviews and reports on vendor and client account performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential vendors and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Vendor/Client Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- A strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
